Refund Policy

If Crumbs is not right for you, we will refund your license in full within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Use the support form, choose License or refund, and give us the email address you bought with. That is all we need.

What happens next

We refund the full amount to the card or account you paid with, through our payment provider, Stripe. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days. Your license key is switched off when the refund goes through, and since Crumbs checks its license about once a week, the Pro features turn off within about a week. Everything free keeps working.

After 14 days

If something has gone wrong after that, write to us anyway. We would rather fix it than leave you stuck.
